ANM Nursing Fees - The full form of ANM is Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM). The ANM Nursing program lasts for two years. ANM Nursing fees in India are not high. It is mostly focused on the medical industry. The course teaches students how to set up an operating room, care for various pieces of equipment, keep records and give patients their medications on time. A total of 1936 colleges are offering these courses out of which 1615 are private and 275 are public institutions.

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% in their aggregate 10+2 exam score to be eligible for enrollment in ANM courses. Additionally, they cannot be older than 18 years. The basic nursing and medical knowledge covered in ANM Nursing Syllabus are aimed at helping less experienced nurses and doctors.

What are ANM Nursing Courses?

ANM, or Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery, is largely a diploma program with a focus on human health. Apart from this, during this course candidates are taught about Operation Theatre, its operation, different types of instruments, and how to operate them. The main goal of the ANM Nursing Fees is to prepare the students to serve as basic health providers in society and treat children, women, and the elderly. The subjects of ANM are generally child health nursing, health promotion, midwifery, health care management, and primary and community health nursing. ANM Full Form Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates should enroll in ANM courses if they have a strong desire and are ready to work hard and diligently in their studies. Candidates must be enthusiastic to work in the medical industry and give care, patience, and compassion to society.

  • Candidates must have completed the 10th class and 10+2 (from Arts or Science program) to be eligible to apply.

  • For SC/ST/OBC applicants, students must have secured a minimum of 50% and a maximum of 45% marks.

  • The minimum and maximum ages for this course are 17 and 35 respectively.

  • The cost of this program generally ranges between Rs. 1 and 5 lakh for each course.

  • The counseling process determines whether the student is given admission to this course or not.

  • The candidate must be in good health, and documentation of this may be requested.

  • The candidate must be approved once per year.

ANM Nursing Course Form Scope

After completing the program, most ANM nursing graduates choose to work or continue their education. ANM nurses work in a variety of settings, such as public and private hospitals, manufacturing facilities, orphanages, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, sanatoriums, and military medical services.
